If you are unable to track your package through the Order Status system, please read the following:

1. How will I know if my order has shipped?

At the time your order ships, you are sent an email with the tracking information for your package. If just placed your order and have not yet received an email, your order number and confirmation will be sent shortly. If you are concerned about the status your package, please contact us. Please submit your order number with your inquiry.

2. I didn't get a tracking email and it's been more than three business days since I placed my order with Scrapbooks.com, what happened?

There are several reasons why this might have happened:

(A) You may not have actually finished placing the order. If you didn't get an email confirming the order and you didn't get an order number after checkout you may not have actually placed the order. Please double check your email for an order confirmation from Scrapbooks.com. Make sure to check your spam folder to see if it was inadvertently placed in there. If you do not have a confirmation, then please contact us to see if we have record of your order.

(B) Your order shipped and we sent a confirmation email, but the email address you provided with your order was either invalid or your email account's spam- or junk-filters blocked the email.

(C) Your order may have been delayed. While nearly all of our orders ship within 24 hours, a few orders may be delayed for a short period of time. If you have placed an order within the last three days, and haven't yet received an email telling you that your order shipped, please submit a support ticket here. We will look into the issue as quickly as possible.
