Shipping Charges
Scrapbooks.com calculates your
shipping charge based on the total weight of your package, including box weight,
as well as the requested shipping speed and the distance the package travels to
arrive to you. Shipping fees are not calculated based on the value of your order
or the quantity of items in your order.
A handling charge is applied to international packages. We do not charge handling
fees on packages to US destinations (including APO/FPO addresses).
If you would like to know what your shipping cost will be, prior to submitting
your order, simply place the item(s) in the shopping cart, enter your shipping
address, and press "Continue"; your shipping charges will be calculated
for you before you enter your billing information.

US Only. Shipping Time: Estimated 4-10 business days.
- Quick - Contiguous
US Only. UPS 3-day Select. Shipping Time: 2-4 business days.
- Rush - Contiguous
US Only. UPS 2-Day Air. Shipping Time: 2 business days.
- Postal - AK,
HI, PO Boxes, APO, FPO and US Territories. USPS Shipping Time: Estimated
5-25 business days.
- International
- Canada, UK, Australia, etc. USPS Shipping Time: Estimated 5-25 business
days
- Downloadable -
For orders containing downloadable products. Instant delivery to your computer.
Quick and Rush shipments
are given priority status and are packed and shipped first. If have a deadline
you need to meet, please select "Quick Shipping" or "Rush Shipping" for a guaranteed
delivery range.
Rush and Quick shipments
are shipped to you on the same day you order, provided that you place your order
before 12PM MST; these orders will ship the next business day if they are placed
after 12PM MST.
Due to unpredictable variables such as security alerts, inclement weather, and
other unforeseen events, the United States Postal Service (USPS) mail may not
be as consistent as the United Parcel Service (UPS). While USPS is very reliable,
The United States Post Office will not guarantee shipping times or arrival dates.
Thought we are unable to control USPS delivery times, we still make every effort
to ensure your satisfaction and use only the best methods we can find to reduce
shipping costs for our customers.
We track the shipments of all orders placed and we insure the contents of larger
orders. For USPS shipments, in the unlikely event that your package is lost,
misplaced, or damaged in transit, you can contact the USPS directly. You should
also notify us immediately if you receive products damaged in shipping, and
send a photo, if possible, so that we may document the damage.
Important: The United States Postal Service does not offer tracking or
delivery confirmation services for international deliveries. Therefore, we cannot
track lost or delayed packages and it will not be possible for you use the tracking
features on Scrapbooks.com. Please contact
us here if your package does not arrive to you within 60 days of your order.
Shipping Destinations
Scrapbooks.com currently
ships to the United States, US Territories, Military PO Addresses, Canada, and
other select international destinations including Australia, Austria, Belgium,
Denmark, Finland, France, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy,
Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and
the United Kingdom (Any State). If you would like to request shipping to a country
outside of the above listed destinations, please contact
us here.
Processing Times
Order processing times are
generally 1-3 business days from the time we receive your order. Quick and Rush
packages are given priority shipping status and are packed and shipped by our
warehouse first. If you are in a hurry to receive your shipment, please select
"Quick Shipping" or "Rush Shipping." Orders placed with Rush or Quick shipping
are shipped the same day they are placed provided that the order is placed before
12AM MST and ship the next business day if they are placed after 12PM MST.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships from
our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notice which includes conformation
of what was shipped and a tracking number. You can track your order directly
from our website. Track

Return Policy
We have a generous 60-day,
no questions asked, 100% Money Back Guarantee.
If you decide you do not want the products you ordered, you may return
them, undamaged and unopened, within 60 days of the date we shipped them,
and we will refund you the value of the products. We encourage our customers
to inspect the contents of their package(s) as soon as their order arrives to
ensure that they have plenty of time to take advantage of the refund policy.
Scrapbooks.com is unable to issue refunds after the 60-day-period has elapsed.
To qualify for the refund,
product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of the original
shipment and in the same condition in which it was shipped - unopened, unused,
and undamaged merchandise. Please repack the products carefully for the return
trip to avoid damage in transit. If the product arrives damaged, we will assume
the product was damaged prior to being shipped. Products that have
be opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return and will be returned
to the customer at the customer's expense. If you believe there will be a problem
with the product reaching us within the 60-day return period, please contact
our customer service department and they will work with you to make special
arrangements.
For customers' protection,
we maintain meticulous quality control on products shipped out of the Scrapbooks.com
warehouse. On rare occasions, a customer will inform us that they open a product
packaged by the manufacturer that has some damage unseen in our product inspection.
The manufacturer should replace this for you. If the manufacturer information
is not available on the packaging itself, please contact us and we will provide
you with instructions for contacting the manufacturer for a replacement product.
If you have to return product to us due to a packing error on our part, we will,
of course, refund your return shipping costs. Please note that the original
shipping charge is nonrefundable.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Products
Scrapbooks.com does not
accept backorders for items. If an ordered item is discovered out of stock,
the dollar amount of the item ordered (as well as a corresponding shipping charge
adjustment, if necessary) will be refunded back to the credit card that was
